Gillian's passion for animal care began in high school when she volunteered at a local shelter. Over 30 years later, she is still volunteering! Gillian is a current co-owner of Urban Chestnut Brewing Company and guardian of 5 cats.

Jim is a long-time animal advocate! When he's not spending time with his beloved cat, he is serving as Major Gifts Officer to Doorways and member of the Compton Heights Neighborhood Association.
